• Now consider those three charges as our “sources”:

• We want to find the electric potential that these charges give rise to or “source” at some arbitrary point, P

• Use superposition of V(r) from before
  • now all three charges “source” V(r) throughout all space
  • evaluate this anywhere and at P in particular:
